Earlier this week I spoke to the London Content Strategy Forum about doing content strategy for SMEs. Three other speakers did great presentations, which I would caricature as:
- Kate Kenyon: CMS is a junior colleague who reports to you. Tell him to shape up or he'll get fired.
- George Webster: The message should be as compelling as a Hollywood story.
- Anne Caborn: Senior management don't care about content. But they care about governance. Kerching!
